Ca 1868:
Nellie, about age 10, moved to the Gloversville area around this time, according to her death certificate which states that she had lived in Gloversville for about 59 years.138 Nellie’s mother died in 1868.

1870:

Nellie Delamater, age 11, is living in the George Dowle(r)(s)(y) household at the same Johnstown, Fulton Cnty address as her older married sister Eliza Bonfie. Eliza is married to Edgar Bonfie and they have a son Frederick, age 2.136

1897:
Nellie lives at 18 Bleecker St., Gloversville, New York.142

1899:
Nellie lives at 80 Fremont St., Gloversville, New York.143

1900:
Feb 1900, “Mrs. Helen Pough, Mrs. Eliza Bomfrey and Miss Nellie Delamater, all of Gloversville”130

1902:
Nellie lives at 24 West St., Gloversville, New York.144

1904:
Nellie lives at 6 N. Judson Parkway, Gloversville, New York.145

1910-1911:
Nellie boards at 121 Bleecker St., Gloversville, New York.146

1913-1915:
Nellie boards at 39 N. Judson Parkway, Gloversville, New York.147
Frances Mariah Rankie’s obituary states "sister...Miss Nellie Delamater..of Gloversville".96,3 She apparently never married.

1920:
The 1920 Federal Census finds Nellie, age 61 and single, living with her niece, Lottie Bonfey Clute and Lottie’shusband, Samuel H. Clute in Gloversville, Ward 3, New York.148

1927:
At the time of her death, Nellie was living with her niece, Lottie B. Clute at 107 Prospect Street, Gloversville, New York. She died from “Chronic Myocarditis,” an infection in the heart muscle, with arteriosclerosis as a contributing factor.138
