On 31 Jan 1915, Potap Grinkevich and Ahafia (Agafia, Anna) Smolik were married at Nicholas Russian Cathedral, 15 East 97th Street in New York City (Manhattan).242,234 At the time of his marriage, Potap lived at 93 Henry Street, New York City, was 23 years old and was a laborer.242,237

1931:
Anna (Agafia) Grinkowitch lived at 237 E. 2nd St., New York City, New York at the time of her death.235
Anna entered Bellevue Hospital on 27 Mar 1931. She died on 20 Apr 1931 of a pulmonary embolism as a result of pyelonephritis and cystitis (kidney failure from complications of a bladder infection).235
