1910:
As of 9 May 1910, the Max Seiler family lived on West Street Extension, Johnstown, Fulton Cnty, New York.1326

1919:
On 19 Jul 1919, Timothy J. Sprung married the widow and mother of seven living children Frances Hammersmith Seiler in Amsterdam, Montgomery Cnty, New York.1351

On 10 Nov 1919, Timothy Sprung who resided at Extension West Street in the Town of Johnstown, Fulton Cnty, New York was arrested, charged with assault in the third degree for beating his wife, Frances, the Saturday before. She had filed a warrant for his arrest. He pleaded guilty and paid a fine of $20.00. He was also warned to stay away from his wife.1338

1920:

On 6 Jul 1920, Timothy Sprung, who still gave an address of Extension West Street, Town of Johnstown, New York, was arrested on the complaint of his wife, Frances, and charged with public intoxication. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Fulton County Jail, Johnstown, New York.1339

1928:
On 23 Nov 1928, Frances applied to the Supreme Court of Fulton County, New York for the dissolution of her marriage to Timothy Sprung on grounds that he had been absent for five successive years and she did not know whether he was alive or dead. A search for him was made and a public notice was published regularly in The Morning Herald newspaper advising him that his failure to appear at a hearing scheduled for 22 Feb 1929 would result in the dissolution of his marriage to Frances.1329

ca 1923-ca 1928:
Timothy Sprung was probably not in the Gloversville, Fulton Cnty area.1329
